1: Gailey’s Breakfast Cafe

This former old-fashioned drugstore in Downtown Springfield has called its current Walnut Street location home since 1942. Now a full-service cafe, Gailey’s is the place to enjoy a unique dining experience along with a sizable helping of local history. Their specials include a hearty Breakfast Mac n’ Cheese and the Ozark Benedict featuring biscuit, sausage and scrambled eggs smothered in gravy. This breakfast-all-day favorite features a variety of five-egg omelets with hash browns and your choice of bread.
